WORK PACKAGE 1
Work package 1 has been designed to provide a range of business development enhancement workshops delivered by leading experts in their fields. The list of business support and development activities which SIGHT can support includes, but is not limited to, the following:
WORK PACKAGE 2
Work package 2 will be more focused on direct engagement between SME members of the programme and clinical expertise at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham. Specific calls will be launched through which members can suggest product and service solutions to challenges faced by clinical and nursing staff in the hospital.
WORK PACKAGE 3
Work package 3 will focus on the design, setup and support of clinical, patient and public trials of member technologies.
Regular workshop, briefing and seminar sessions will be conducted through the SIGHT programme concerning these areas, but please do not hesitate to contact the team if you would like to explore our full range of services.

GRANT SCHEME
Running alongside these three work package areas will be the SIGHT grant scheme. This is available to members of the programme and the is able to support a range of business development activities being undertaken by your business. Intervention is at 25% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of £25k per project.
The SIGHT programme is able to support a range of business development activities being undertaken by your business through a 25% grant. Access to this funding is through a competitive application process managed by the University of Portsmouth in conjunction with the Portsmouth Technology Trials Unit (PTTU).
The assessment panel will meet monthly in order to appraise and award applications. Detailed feedback will be provided to unsuccessful applicants.
